Bruce lead efforts this week to clad the tunnel to ready it for burial in a few weeks. Many people worked on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at great pace and made ridiculous progress.
Tom and Ken have started to gear up on the remote switch stand project. A proof-of-concept location has been chosen and field measurements have started.
Lance, Russ, and Bill are sorting out the last of the issues with the new signaling system. Russ is adjusting the temporary signage before purchasing aluminum signs.
Russ, Kevin, and Bob completed an inventory and field survey of all parts and pieces related to track panel and switch building. There are a few components we are going to run out of unless we place an order with RMI soon. Ode to the world of spreadsheets.
