Bruce pops the lid to reveal seating on Bill’s beautiful coach
The day started out in spring and about lunch time turned back to winter. Weird.
A good showing of steamers turned up to give rides for a small party hosted on the ranch. Hats, gloves, and double jackets were required by the end of the afternoon.
The K-36 showed up with its new burners and ran on propane for the first time. Brandon’s engine has the best sounds and smells. Kerosene burners like Brandon’s are loud and very showy as it chugs and chuffs uphill.
A few of our dedicated team could not resist working in the shop. Which, we greatly appreciate.

Bill & Bruce have been working for weeks to make the K-36 capable of running on Propane. Dual fueling the engine will allow them the option to take the K-36 engine to clubs that have ban the use of solid fuels such as Train Mountain.
