May be ready for planking next week, then rail.

Summary of where we are today and where we are going with future projects - Bill Boller - Continuing the successful work model used on the new Car Barn, Engine House Deck and Lumber Camp loop, we need to commit to projects as a group and deliver them in a timely manner and within budget. Group focused activities, with full support and buy-in of all members have served us well to assure continued family support. This performance was beneficial in current budgeting discussions, which address the completion of the Caboose Loop project, tie replacement program, and other noteworthy improvements over the next several years... The significant and generous funding, combined with the talented and diverse member skills is building an outstanding railroad we can all share pride and enjoyment in working together to create.  This is also critical to our commitment to building a sustainable railroad for long term enjoyment by the owners and members.

Safety notes; rules and regulations: Bob Silverstein reminds us to turn off the lights, VFDs, lock all buildings, and leave things in a safe condition when we leave the property.

Do not put any wood in the Ranch recycling bin!  Use the Waste Bin for those materials.  The waste management company will not pick up the bins if materials are not in the proper containers.

Pressure treated wood must be separated out for special removal. It is to be staged in the pile downhill from the air compressor shed.

Run Days - This weekend, with a Night Run and Dinner ($10.00, exact change please) at 6:00PM, Chips and Dips at 5:00PM.  Need help with watering, sign-in table, cooking, etc. Will look for volunteers to assist, where needed.

Cleanup of the Station House Table - No new progress.

Signage (Dick) - Cut and installed final rebar for the Burma Shave signs and all remaining directional signs.

Meeting ended at 1:15 pm
