Sierra, Bruce, & Brooke attach ties as part of the tie retrofit project
It was below freezing when Bruce & Kevin started to work at Rabbit Flat. Bruce was conducting experiments to time replacing 105’ of wooden ties with plastic ties. As Bruce sez “we need some real data”
