The South Overlook Retaining Wall is being built by Carl & Tom
A large team was working on the South Overlook Retaining Wall both in the field and in the shop. The retaining wall is needed to achieve the proper width for the right of way
Also In the shop, work continues to repair track panels for the upcoming installation push.
