A large group of volunteers (19) spent the day replacing wooden ties
We worried that it’d be too warm on our big work day. Instead, it drizzled which kept it cool and worked out perfectly. Our task was to replace 900 tired wooden ties.
Weeks of prep work paid off. We had the people, tools, and a well tested work flow. The ties were replaced before all our knees and backs gave out:)
